This is an online E log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patient's problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs. CHIEF COMPLAINTS: 18yr old female student resident of nampally came with chief complaints of headache since 1 yr. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 years back then she developed headache which was intermittent relived on medication or rest. Since last year there is history of frequent episodes of headache in bilateral temporal region for which she went to the hospital in nampally,checked her vision and prescribed spectacles.But she has no relief from pain even after wearing spectacles. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic since 8 days later he developed fever which was high grade, intermittent. H/o vomitings non projectile ,4-5 episodes on each day.
